Service Fulfillment Process Map

Sample Isolation — We have processed and captured various tissue types through laser capture microdissection (LCM) including Colorectum, Lung, Prostate, Breast, Ovary, Liver etc.
DNA & RNA Extraction — We purify DNA and RNA from multiple types of samples. Our extensive experience with a range of sample types allows us to select/recommend the protocols needed to meet downstream processing needs.
Gene, Exon & miRNA Expression — We offer experience combined with the most flexible approach. We operate multiple platforms, have run many challenging sample types, developed new methodologies and run our own scientific experiments. The quality of our data is validated and is used as a standard for the FDA. Our combination of experience, quality and flexibility ensures that we best meet your needs.
Genotyping & Copy Number — As one of the first groups to use Affymetrix’s genotyping platform, we have extensive experience processing and dealing with genotyping studies. We have expanded our platform offerings to meet the diverse needs of our clients. From copy number variation to whole genome amplifications for low DNA amounts, we can meet your needs.
Sequencing — We offer high throughput sequencing services and solutions. Using the gold standard 96-capillary 3730xl DNA Analyzer, we provide various DNA analysis applications such as microsatellites, SNP analysis, BAC fingerprinting, mutation detection, resequencing, LOH (loss of heterozygosity) and traditional DNA sequencing for animal, plant, and microbial genomes.
